A good time was had by all!  The potluck dishes were varied and delicious, as usual. This group can put out a feast. The weather was perfect as we munched and mingled.

Before we knew it, it was time for the Nidra. We settled into our cozy Nidra nests—blankets, mats, chairs, and pillows—on the patio and grass, We journeyed through a garden in our minds as the sunshine and light breeze added to the experience. Again, the time went so fast and the Nidra was over.

Although we had 20 in attendance, and several friends that were missed. We agreed that we must have another event.
